SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of 1st January 2025, by and between Fitweb Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Service Provider”) and (“Client”).

2. Services
Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
● Resume/CV/Portfolio Writing: Our certified resume writers, coached by HR experts, craft professional and tailored resumes, CVs, and portfolios that highlight your unique skills, experiences, and accomplishments. We ensure your documents are ATS-friendly and designed to catch the eye of hiring managers, helping you stand out in a competitive job market.
● Cover Letter Writing: Our team of certified resume writers, guided by HR experts, creates compelling and personalised cover letters that effectively convey your enthusiasm and suitability for the job. Each cover letter is tailored to match the job description and company culture, increasing your chances of landing an interview.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
● Review Package: RM50
● Built Package: RM150
● Pro Package: RM150
● Payment Methods: Online Transfer only
● Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we start the work
4. Turnaround Time
● Standard Turnaround Time: 7 days upon receiving full information from the client.
● Expedited Services: Urgent orders are accepted with an additional surcharge of RM50, with a faster turnaround time to be agreed upon.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide the following information to begin the service:
● Existing resume with the latest information
● Additional details required by the sales team via a form
● Selected template from our catalogue
● Correct Contact details
● Position they want to apply for
All information should be submitted to the Admin via WhatsApp.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
● Handling Client Information: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All personal and professional details provided by the client are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and are stored securely.
● Privacy Policy: We have a comprehensive privacy policy in place to protect our clients’ information. Our privacy policy ensures that:
● Client information is not shared with any third parties without explicitconsent.
● All data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
● Clients can request the deletion of their data at any time.
